6월 11-15에 개최된 SNMMI 2021 virtual annual meeting에서 TMTlab 이 제출한 6개의 초록 중 2편은 구연으로 채택되고 4편은 포스터로 채택이 되었다. 구연 발표 초록 중 이우승 학생의 초록은 International best abstract award 및 Early-career professionals abstract award (3rd place in basic science track) 를 수상하였으며 오치우 학생의 초록은 CMIIT Young Investigator Award 후보에 오르는 성과를 거두었다. International best abstract award는 한국에서 제출된 초록 중 최고의 초록라는 의미로 그 의미가 각별하다. 한편, 포스터 부문에서 백승기 학생의 초록이 Poster award finalist에 오르는 성과도 있었다.
 
올해 TMT laboratory 소속 학생들의 발표 초록의 주제는 다음과 같다. 이우승 학생 (박사과정), "Photodynamic therapy induced by a combination of scintillating liposome & radiolabeled antibody" (International best abstract award 및 Early-career professionals abstract award) 및 "Development of a Highly Biocompatible Prussian Blue Nanoparticles Deposited Bacterial Nanocellulose for Photothermal Therapy" (2편), 전미연 학생 (박사과정), "Unexpected accelerated blood clearance phenomenon in albumin coated liposome" 및 "IR780 Conjugated TSPO-binding Ligand Loaded pH-sensitive Nanoplatform for Effective TSPO Targeted Photodynamic Therapy" (2편), 오치우 학생 (석박통합과정), "Spleen targeting H2S donating liposome as theranostic immune modulator in dextran sodium sulfate induced colitis model" (CMIIT YIA finalist), 백승기 학생 (석사과정), "Enhanced Tumor Targeting of Macrophage Derived Exosome-Mimetic Nanovesicles by PEGylation"(Poster award finalist) 이다.
