"Development of nanoparticle delivery platform to achieve targeted theranostics and precision medicine"

We are developing advancing delivery platforms utilizing peptides and nanoparticles (liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, virus-like particles, exosome-mimetic vesicles, etc.) for enabling both diagnosis and treatment, referred as theranostics. By leveraging the unique properties of nanoparticles and incorporating diverse materials and moieties, we address urgent challenges, such as delivering drugs to lesions through extremely narrow gaps. ur research employs innovative methodologies, including radioisotopes-based theranostics and photodynamic therapy, to deliver targeted and effective interventions for cancer. By leveraging these advanced techniques, we seek to refine diagnostic precision and treatment efficacy. Ultimately, our goal is to translate our findings into innovative and effective theranostics.
